Attachment styles, work orientation and relations

Abstract

The presente study was aimed to examine the relations between attachment styles and the quality of work relations. Most of participants – five hundred and ninety-eight adults – show a secure attachment style and a secure work orientation. A positive association was found between these two variables. Participants with a secure attachment style and work orientation show higher levels of satisfaction and adpatation related to their work.
