Ansiedade dos exames: Aplicação de reacções aos testes (RT) a uma amostra da população portuguesa

Abstract

The studied the nature of test anxiety in 398 portuguese university students. The reaction to tests, developed by I. Sarason (1984), presents in the Portuguese population, a similar factorial structure to the one found in American students. The test-retest reliability and the standard errors of measurement of the scales of the RTT fit the acceptable values for this type of measures. The also studied the correlations between the scales of the RTT and several measures of anxiety – state, trait, cognitive, somatic – and depression.
