Violência filmada e comportamentos agressivos: II-Percursos da análise experimental e novas vias de investigação

Abstract

This paper is the second part of a series of articles on the effects of filmed violence on aggressive behavior, in which the authors intempt a review of the main theoretical trends in the basis of the experimental research of such effects. The author proceed in the present paper to the critical review of the experimental manipulation in this domain of research, stressing the diversity of variables already studied as well as the methodological strategies developed by several researchers, and try to put up a new proposal for research in the current area of studies.
