This paper has its starting point in previous studies from the same authors about the causal attribution of school failure from the students’ point of view. In those studies we found out a preponderance of the internal causal attribution over the external one and this not only for the good school achievement but also for the bad one. The question that the present paper states is to know what type of attribution teachers do for the school failure of their students. In a sample of about a hundred teachers we found out a heavy weight in the internal causal attribution done by the teachers for their students’ school failure, however different the weights in the different dimensions of internality were.
