This paper starts from recent research on various fields of Child Development such as. A) promotion of development; b) relationship between psychological development and educational practice; and c) influence of organization’s educational climate on individual development, to propose a developmental model of teacher education whose aim will explicitly be the social-individual development of the teacher.
