Consumo de drogas ilícitas e factores de risco em adolescentes em meio escolar

Abstract

The main purpose of this study was to identify important factors to adolescent additive behavior for illicit drugs. The sample of this study comprised 994 subjects (51% males, 49% females) living with family and attending regular schools. The results of this study appear to confirm data from previous published investigation and the analysis of data emphasis the relevance of the following variables: age, self-perception about school performance, family disruption, father’s education level and mother’s socio-professional status. These findings may help in planning any future prevention strategies in school sellings.
