Discusses situational and personality variables as determinants of aggressive behavior and presents an empirical, correlational study of the personality components of aggressive behavior in adolescent boys of 10-12 years old. The results show that aggressive boys differ from non-aggressive ones in three from the fourteen factors of Cattell’s Children Personality Questionnaire: the exhibit more over behavior, take more risks, are less empathetic and socially more dominant than non-aggressive ones.
