Dimensões das motivações para o trabalho - um estudo empírico

Abstract

The organization of work motives of a national sample of 5000 workers in a public corporation was analyzed. Results are discussed by means of two motivational taxonomies: Maslow’s and Herzberg’s. The authors also discuss the results in a comparative basis with other trans-national studies, as well as their impact in the management system.
