Modelos de aprendizagem em IA e Psicologia

We discuss the relevance of AI models for understanding learning. One advantage of these models is the possibility to follow the changes of the internal representations. We defend that specialization and generalization are used during the learning process, and that babies may have some general knowledge and a mechanism for acquiring specific knowledge. We sketch the structure of this mechanism, and we show the importance of failure in learning.Downloads
