Teacher concerns has been the aim of an empirical research among a group of inservice teachers and their supervisors. A previous analysis refers to Fuller’s identification of 3 areas of concern related to teacher education. Concern about Self, concern about the Task of teaching and concern about the Impact that teaching has on student learning. This empirical study shows how different patterns of concerns among inservice teachers and supervisors are presented. This inservice educational program is also evaluated in terms of their effects on the concerns of inservice teachers and supervisors.
