Mitos, segredos e rituais familiares: aspectos teóricos

Abstract

This paper belongs to a set of two papers published in this journal. The first part begins with an analysis of the problem of myths, secrets and family rituals in a wider context than therapy itself. At the same time this theme is studied as «secretion» (A. Zempléni) in the context of family communication. In the second part of first paper, the concepts of secret, myth and ritual are dealed in a systemic point of view. For a better understanding, the author uses examples taken from works of Ausloos, Ferreira, Palazzoli and Bowen. In the next paper, this perspectives will be illustrated with two cases-study.
