This article is part of a wider work on Housing Quality, namely on the social and individual demand of quality. The author stresses some of the main aspects contributing to the definition of social and cultural components (urban culture, social structure, social relations, family sociology) and to the definition of physical reality, the habitat (morphologies, housing needs, new environmental life ties). These two descriptions are components of the socioecological reality, where the author discusses the relationships between social interaction and physical environmental, and spatial and residential segregations.Downloads
