Psicoterapias breves: Dois estudos de caso numa perspectiva cognitivo-comportamental

Abstract

The author, a cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist, manifests some of his satisfactions, unsatisfactions and doubts in the context of the so called «Brief-Psychotherapy» developed in his private-practice. Trying to clarify his attitudes toward brief processes, the author presents a case study which illustrates the time-limiting and decision-making strategies used in the course of therapy.
