Esquizofrenia e família (alguns aspectos de análise e intervenção terapêutica)

Abstract

This paper reviews some important studies about the relationship between family functioning (communication/interaction) and schizophrenia. The author describes several theories about schizophrenia, mainly the importance of systemic paradigm and the conclusions of different investigations. All papers stress the importance of family intervention and its relevant and positive effects on prevention and rehabilitation of schizophrenic patients.
